The S20 series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers have the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, and can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, fully sealed oil-immersed transformers eliminate the oil storage tank. The change in oil volume is automatically regulated and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated plates in the corrugated oil tank. The transformer oil is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down the deterioration of the transformer oil and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability, and requiring no maintenance during normal operation. The transformer core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together, which significantly reduces the no-load and no-load current. The core is also bound to ensure on-load tap changer transformer's tightness and reduce noise.
The high and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. For the low voltage windings of 500 kVA and below, a double-layer cylindrical structure is adopted; for 630 kVA and above, a double-helical or four-helical structure or copper foil winding is used. The high voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.
