The 35kV Mining Skid-Mounted Outdoor Substation by Zhejiang Tianrun Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-reliability, mobile power distribution solution specifically designed for open-pit mines, remote mining areas, and temporary power supply scenarios. This integrated substation combines 35kV high-voltage switchgear, a 10,000 kVA S20-M series oil-immersed transformer, and a 6kV low-voltage distribution system into a single skid-mounted unit that can be quickly transported and deployed without the need for fixed foundations.
The substation features a ship-shaped reinforced steel chassis with the transformer centrally located and high/low voltage compartments on either side, connected via sealed cable bridges. It is engineered to withstand extreme conditions such as temperatures ranging from -45°C to +50°C, severe wind and sandstorms, and large daily temperature fluctuations, ensuring continuous operation in harsh mining environments.
At the heart of the system is the S20-M-10000/35 energy-efficient oil-immersed power transformer, which provides excellent performance, durability, and environmental adaptability.

Protection Rating: IP44D, providing effective protection against dust, small animals, and rainwater ingress
Enclosure made from ≥5mm thick steel plates with double-sealed structures; all cabinet doors are waterproof
Equipped with an automatic heating and dehumidification system to prevent condensation and ensure electrical safety

Comprehensive relay protection system including differential protection, body protection, high/low backup protection
Microprocessor-based protection devices (XR-200 series) support "Four Remote" functions (Telemetry, Telecontrol, Telecommand, and Teleadjustment)
High and low voltage rooms are independently isolated with pressure relief channels to prevent internal fault propagation
The entire station is equipped with five-prevention interlock functions to eliminate the risk of operational errors

Ship-shaped reinforced chassis (≥11.2m long × ≥3.5m wide) with three longitudinal towing hooks and four lifting points
Chassis plate thickness ≥15mm, side panels ≥20mm, wear-resistant and anti-deformation
All cabinet doors feature pin-type locks and double-glazed observation windows (≥45×30cm), external operation handles allow maintenance without opening cabinets
Pre-wired and pre-commissioned at the factory, only requiring connection on-site before operation

Transformer meets GB 20052-2020 Energy Efficiency Level 2 standards, offering low no-load and load losses
Equipped with HUAWEI UPS2000-A-3K long-life power supplies and XRP-2000 DC110V rectifier modules
Supports remote monitoring, fault recording (pre-fault 4 cycles + post-fault 8 cycles), and a user-friendly Chinese LCD interfac
Professional Grounding and Electromagnetic Compatibility
Dual grounding points for both working ground and protective ground, complying with SDJ8-1979 standards
Grounding conductors use 30×4mm copper busbars, terminals are ≥M12 copper bolts for easy testing
