An electric distribution substation is widely used in scenarios such as high-rise buildings in cities, infrastructure construction in urban and rural areas, residential communities, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises, mines, oil fields, and temporary construction power supply, achieving efficient reception and distribution of electrical energy. Structural Features
HV substation comprises high-voltage distribution equipment, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment. High voltage substation is divided into three functional compartments: the high-voltage compartment, the transformer compartment, and the low-voltage compartment. The high and low-voltage compartments are fully functional, and the primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged in various ways, such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc. A high-voltage substation can also be equipped with high-voltage measuring components to meet the requirements of high-voltage measurement. The transformer compartment can choose SC, and other series of low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. The low-voltage compartment can be panel or cabinet structured according to user requirements to provide the necessary power supply solutions, including power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, and power measurement, to meet the different requirements of users, while facilitating power supply management for users and improving power supply quality.
The high-voltage compartment features a compact and rational structure, equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking functions. When required by the user, the transformer can be equipped with rails to facilitate convenient entry and exit from both sides of the transformer compartment.
Each compartment is equipped with automatic lighting devices. In addition, all hv substation components selected for the high and low-voltage compartments are reliable in performance, easy to operate, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the product, and facilitating maintenance.
Two ventilation methods, natural ventilation and forced ventilation, are employed. The transformer compartment, as well as the high and low-voltage compartments, are equipped with ventilation ducts. The exhaust fan is equipped with a temperature control device that can automatically start and stop according to the set temperature, ensuring the normal operation of the transformer.
The box-type transformer structure is designed to prevent rainwater and dry from entering. The high voltage substation material selected is a color steel plate, which has anti-corrosion and thermal insulation functions. HV substation is suitable for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dust-proof performance, with a long service life and an attractive appearance.

The foundation is located in a higher terrain, with drainage in all directions. It is constructed using 200#cement mortar mixed with 3% proofing agent. The bottom is slightly inclined towards the oil tank (to be removed when a dry-type transformer is used).
The foundation construction shall comply with the relevant provisions of JGJ1683"Technical Code for Electrical Design of Buildings."
The grounding main line and grounding electrode shall be installed according to the conventional method, with a grounding resistance≤4ohms.
