The indoor AC high-voltage isolation-grounding integrated vacuum circuit breaker, referred to as the circuit breaker, is a new type of switch that combines the functions of an isolating switch, vacuum circuit breaker, grounding switch, and operating mechanism. Indoor circuit breaker is a new product independently developed by the circuit breaker company with independent intellectual property rights and patents, in response to the shortcomings of the existing large number of switch cabinets on the market, such as large volume, complex interlocking, excessive copper busbar usage, and a large amount of later construction work. An indoor circuit breaker features a distinct isolation gap, a grounding switch with a closing function, capable of breaking short-circuit currents, and can be operated frequently.A high voltage circuit breaker has the advantages of small size, reliability, and simple "five-prevention" interlocking when installed in cabinets, complete functions, and long service life.
The main indoor circuit breaker circuit is arranged in a three-phase longitudinal layout, with a compact and elegant appearance. The switchgear can be reduced to 500mm in width, saving floor space.
The main circuit reduces contact points, shortens the conductive path, and reduces the copper busbars inside the cabinet, conserving resources.
The pole column is designed with APG technology, preventing the influence of contaminated environments on vacuum arc extinguishing, enhancing external insulation, improving the insulation level of the arc extinguishing chamber, and reducing the size of the switch.
The grounding knife switch can close short-circuit currents.
The isolation knife switch has a clear disconnection point, ensuring safety and facilitating maintenance.
The opening and closing operations have both manual and electric functions, and the operating power supply can be AC or DC.
The vacuum circuit breaker, isolation switch, and grounding switch are interlocked according to the five-prevention operation sequence, providing reliable and convenient five-prevention interlocking.
High voltage circuit breaker offers upper isolation, lower isolation, and both upper and lower isolation schemes, meeting the needs of different power usage scenarios.
