Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear)is developed by the withdrawable switchgear company with reference to the MNS series low-voltage switchgear of ABB in Switzerland, and with comprehensive improvements. low voltage switchgear is currently one of the most advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear equipment in China. Withdrawable switchgear is composed of standardized and serialized modules, and the drawers are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking devices, making it safer and more reliable for users to use.

This switchgear is suitable for the three-phase five-wire power supply system with an AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, a rated operational voltage of 400V,660V, and a rated current of 5000A and below. Withdrawable switchgear can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, airports, and docks, as well as communication centers such as broadcasting and television, for the control of power generation, transmission, and distribution, energy conversion, and energy consumption equipment. Withdrawable switchgear can also perform reactive power compensation for the withdrawable switchgear main bus bar through a capacitor compensation cabinet.

Normal operating conditions


  • The ambient air temperature is not higher than+40°℃, not lowerthan-5℃, and the average temperature within 24h is not higher than+35℃.

  • Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50%at the highest temperature of+-40℃.At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible, for example,90%at+20℃, but the possibility of occasional condensation should be considered due to temperature fluctuations.

  • The altitude does not exceed 2000m.

  • Withdrawable switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage processes within the temperature range of-25℃to+55°℃. Withdrawable switchgear can reach up to+70°℃ for a short period(not exceeding 24h). Withdrawable switchgear should not incur any irreversible damage at these extreme temperatures, and withdrawable switchgear should be able to operate normally under the above conditions.

  • If the above operating conditions cannot be met, the user and the withdrawable switchgear manufacturer should negotiate to resolve the issue. When this device is used on offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.


Use

Cabinet Structure


  • The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is assembled from C-shaped profiles. The C-shaped profiles are made of steel plates bent with a modulus of E=25mm for mounting holes. All the cabinet frames and inner partitions are galvanized for purification. The surrounding door panels and side panels are coated with high-voltage electrostatic spray. The basic structure of the cabinet is shown in Figure 1, and the basic dimensions of the cabinet are shown in Tables1and 2.
