A pad-mounted combined transformer is a domestically produced American-style box-type transformer launched by pad mounted transformer company. An important power supply unit in the cable distribution network, the electric distribution substation transformer integrates high-voltage control, protection, substation, and distribution equipment into a complete pre-installed product, and is widely used in urban and rural distribution networks.
Compact structure, small volume, only about 1/3~1.5 of the same capacity domestic European-style box transformer, greatly reducing the floor space.

There are two types of cable heads: 200A elbow plug and 600A"T" type fixed cable connector; both can be equipped with a fully insulated zinc oxide surge arrester. The 200A cable head can be hot-plugged with a load and can also act as an isolating switch.

Structural Design Features
Integrated Design: The high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse are integrated in the transformer oil, offering both an integrated and a split structure form with the transformer body, allowing for flexible selection based on actual needs.
Tank Design: The tank adopts a fully sealed structure, effectively protecting internal components. It is also equipped with an oil thermometer, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, and oil drain valve, enabling comprehensive monitoring of the transformer's operation and ensuring stable equipment operation.
Diversity of Power Supply Modes
Pad mounted electrical transformerfeatures three power supply modes: ring network, terminal, and dual power source, capable of meeting the power supply demands in various scenarios, enhancing the product's applicability.
Innovative and distinctive design
Plug-in dry-type fuse: Specifically developed to better meet the actual needs of the Chinese power grid, pad mounted electrical transformer does not affect the performance of transformer oil when it melts, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and facilitating maintenance.
Diverse housing forms: For the ZGS□-12 product, based on the complexity of the requirements for low-voltage feeders, pad mounted distribution transformers are divided into three housing forms: standard type, enhanced type, and comprehensive type.Pad mounted transformer provides greater flexibility for users and design units when making choices and helps achieve better cost-effectiveness.
