Transformer outgoing line methods: Conventional outgoing lines, standard sealed busbars and standard side outgoing lines are manufactured according to different interface forms. Special outgoing line methods can also be designed according to user requirements.
The transformers can be equipped with a metal casing with a protection grade of IP31,IP30,IP21,IP20 or higher according to the user’s required application scenarios.

Outstanding short circuit resistance of the coil: The coil is reinforced with a fiber mesh plate, significantly enhancing its ability to withstand sudden short circuits and extending the equipment’s service life; the secondary winding is wound with copper foil; optimizing electrical conductivity and structural stability.
Excellent insulation and crack resistance: The vacuum pressure casting process effectively increases the product’s lightning impulse strength and short-circuit resistance; the thermal expansion coefficient of the encapsulating resin is highly matched with that of the copper conductor, fundamentally ensuring the product’s crack resistance and preventing structural damage due to temperature changes.
All-round temperature monitoring: Equipment with a complete temperature monitoring system, SCB18-NX1 dry-type transformer features multiple functions such as fault alarm,over-temperature warning, over-temperature trip, and black box data recording, enabling real-time grasp of equipment operation status and early avoidance of fault risks.
Convenient Centralized Management: Supports RS485 serial interface communication, allowing easy integration into computer systems for centralized monitoring and control, enhancing operation and maintenance management efficiency, and is suitable for large-scale power system management scenarios.
