At least two grounding wires should be led from the grounding grid to this product.

    • Before operation, after installation, or maintenance, it is necessary to check whether the box transformer is clean, whether the mechanism is flexible, and whether the installation of electrical equipment and the connection bolts of the busbar are secure.

    • This box transformer is equipped with automatic temperature and humidity control devices. Before the operation, the substation  values should be adjusted as required to ensure safe and normal operation.

    • Before the operation, the settings of the relays (if any) and the circuit breakers in the box transformer should be adjusted to meet the requirements.

    • If the transformer selected is an oil-immersed type, an oil sample analysis should be conducted at least once a year as required.

The installation site should have sufficient loading and unloading space, and the unloading process should follow the requirements for loading.

    After the box transformer is in place, reliable grounding should be ensured. All grounding should be connected to a common grounding system, with a grounding resistance of less than 10 ohms. At least two grounding leads should be drawn from the grounding grid to the box transformer. The gap between the box transformer base and the foundation should be sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room.
