The 3 phase distribution transformer was developed by Tenrony based on the original distribution transformer. Through the research and application of new materials and new processes, as well as the combination of independent innovation and technology introduction, and through the optimized and innovative design of the core and coil structure, oil immersed distribution transformer aims to reduce no-load losses and noise. 

As a self-developed power distribution equipment, the average no-load loss has decreased by 37%. The noise level has decreased by an average of 20%compared with the current national standard JB/T10088-2004, and the three phase distribution transformer performance level has reached the advanced domestic level.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the national standard GB 20052-2020 for product performance, this three phase oil immersed distribution transformer series also complies with the following national standards: GB/T1094.1, GB/T1094.2、JB/T10088 、GB/T1094.3、GB/T1094.5、GB/T25289、GB/T6451、GB/T7595、JB/T3887.

Use

Environmental conditions for use


  • Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m;

  • Ambient temperature: Maximum air temperature+40℃; Hottest monthly average temperature+30℃; Highest annual average temperature+20℃; Outdoor minimum temperature-25℃.

  • The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sinusoidal.

  • For a three-phase transformer, the three-phase power supply voltage should be roughly symmetrical.

  • Installation environment: There is no obvious contamination in the installation environment.

  • Ground acceleration for seismic events: Horizontal direction is less than 3m/s², vertical direction is less than 1.5m/s².

  • Special conditions of use: Any special conditions of use beyond the normal operating conditions of the transformer should be specified at the time of inquiry and ordering.
