Tenrony Electric successfully delivered 35kV mine sled-type mobile substation project, facilitating efficient power supply in the Pingshuo open-pit mining area of Shanxi

Recently, Zhejiang Tenrony Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Tenrony Electric) successfully completed a highly challenging and reliable power Equipment delivery task-delivering a set of 35kV mine sled-type mobile substation to the open-pit mining area of China National Cocal Group Pingshuo Company in Pinglu District, Shuozou City, Shanxi province. The project has now been smoothly put into operation on site, marking another benchmark set bu Tenrony Electric in the field of special power equipment for extreme environments.

This mobile substation was specially designed for the harsh natural conditions of the Pingshuo mining area. The area has a typical continental monsoon climate, with the lowest winter temperature reaching -32.4°C, and significant annual and daily temperature differences. Frequent sandstorms and sharp humidity fluctuations, along with an altitude of 1,400 meters, pose significant challenges. To address these, TenronyElectrical adopted a ship-shaped reinforced steel chassis, hot-rolled I-beam underframe, and cold-formed steel frame structure, endowing the entire machine with outstanding resistance to sandstorms, shock, freezing, and drag deformation. The exterior of the box is coated with advanced porcelain enamel paint to ensure 20 years of long-term anti-corrosion. All cabinet doors are equipped with waterproof sealing structures and latch-type locks to fully prevent dust and moisture from entering.

Technically, the substation integrates a 35kV dual high-voltage compartment (isolation room + circuit breaker room), a 10,000kVA S20-M type outdoor transformer (Dyn11 connection group, no-excitation voltage regulation), and a 6kV multi-functional low-voltage compartment (including incoming line, control, outgoing line, and a GE-type neutral point grounding resistance cabinet installed on the top), with a scientific layout and convenient operation. The transformer radiator adopts a compact design and is equipped with a tensioning device, effectively suppressing vibration during transportation and operation, ensuring long-term stable power supply.

Notably, this equipment supports foundationless installation and rapid relocation by a towing vehicle, perfectly meeting the "mobile power supply and flexible deployment" operation requirements of open-pit mines, and is capable of continuous 24-hour operation, providing a solid power guarantee for the safe production of the mining area.
